Making a complaint to the Commonwealth Ombudsman
If we have done all we can to rectify the situation and you are still not satisfied with the outcome,
you have the right to request an independent review from the Commonwealth Ombudsman,
whose duty it is to provide advice and information and attempt to resolve complaints about
health insurance.
