Claiming is easy.....

Use your membership card for immediate claiming on ancillary and dental services at all HICAPS participating service providers.

Or, if you prefer, you can submit your claim in person at the Fund office. In most cases your claim will be paid in cash, we can also direct credit to your bank account or issue a cheque for unpaid invoices.

Alternately you can submit your claim using our mobile claiming app.It’s as simple as downloading the app, by searching for Mildura Health Fund, from the iTunes appstore or Google play, entering your fund details (once only) and taking a photo of your invoice/receipt.

Claiming your ancillary and dental claims is as easy as taking a photo using your Apple or Android device and submitting it via our app.
