No Excess for Day Procedures

Mildura Health Fund members admitted to our Hospital, will not be liable for the excess for any day procedures, however will be liable for the excess for overnight admissions.

The Inpatient ward (Banksia Ward) has 29 beds including two High Dependency beds.

In September 2012 a significant upgrade to patient accommodation was completed. All rooms are modern and well equipped with ensuite bathroom and toilet facilities, direct dial STD telephone and remote controlled flat screen TV’s.

The Day Procedure Unit provides same day care in a comfortable environment offering privacy and individualised care. Incorporated into the day Procedure Unit is a seven chair Chemotherapy Lounge staffed with specialised chemotherapy nurses.

No Gap Medical Providers

Mildura Health Fund offers a range of No Gap Medical Providers that operate at the hospital. This enables the member to be treated by the participating provider knowing that they will have no out of pocket expenses.
