Our midwives are available to assist you before and after the birth of your baby.

To register for this service, fill out the form. Once you have registered, our midwifery team will contact you to discuss your pregnancy journey, Mildura Health Fund resources, and answer any questions you may have about this service.

Am I eligible?

To be eligible for the services, you need to:

• Be a member of Mildura Health Fund member and covered by our Five Star Gold Hospital Cover.
• Have served the 12 month waiting period for Pregnancy and Birth related services.
• Be financial at the time of registration and birth
• Be registered for the service between 20 - 38 weeks
